MELBA (the Michigan Early Learning Business Advantage) is a statewide membership program powered by ECIC (Early Childhood Investment Corporation) with the goal of keeping child care businesses in business. When the membership launched, MELBA needed a video to explain their membership program, its benefits, cost, and structure.
